Frontline plan

Team A is the account default. Team B is a real alternative, not a second mandatory investment path.

Grand OctaviaPost-attack DPS

Grand Yatima replaces Octavia when her HP or TA conditions are not met.

Gacha targets

Three jobs, three target lists

General account value, strict first-turn value, and high-level Full Auto are stored separately so a numerical tier list cannot erase team-specific reasoning.

General account

Save

The owned Payila, Gabriel, Octavia, Yatima and Sylvia core is already unusually complete. Haaselia and the Varuna summon/weapon package improve the account more than another generic frontline pull.

One-turn target

None

Payila, Gabriel and Octavia are already the intended modern normal shell. Re-test them after Leviathan M3, Opus and Haaselia rather than buying a redundant character.

High-level Full Auto

Yukata Aria

Aria adds near-every-turn dispel, Water healing, cover utility, and MC amplification. This is a comfort upgrade because the owned Yatima, Sylvia, Payila, Gabriel, Octavia, and Wamdus roster already covers high-level play unusually well.

Target-complete setup

Manadiver / Payila / Grand Gabriel / Grand Octavia

CA Off for the one-turn test
Current route
Kengo CA fallback or the owned normal team after testing
Opening sequence
  1. 1Enable Payila's normal support
  2. 2Add only the required MC buffs
  3. 3Attack
  4. 4Return to Kengo if the honors target is missed

Verdict. No Water gacha character is required. Normal attack becomes preferable when it reaches the honors target with fewer animations; Kengo remains the reliable weak-grid fallback.

Difficult unattended fights

Manadiver / Yukata Aria / Yatima or Payila / Gabriel

Zero-touch · non-urgent
Primary target
Yukata Aria
Secondary
Summer Tefnut

Boundary. Bride Ilsa belongs to specialized short-fight and Hraesvelgr routes. Do not spark her for this Full Auto objective.

Later / specialist targets
Grand Lancelot

Only when deliberately committing to the separate skill-damage archetype.

Vajra

A dedicated Kengo improvement, but not urgent with Sylvia, Yatima and Wamdus already owned.

Main, support, and sub slots

The saved configuration is for unattended general Full Auto. One-turn setups may replace the sustain flex with only the call or passive required for the honors threshold.

Magna III · general Full Auto

Leviathan Omega 250 × Leviathan Omega 250

QuickLucifer 250
Callable sub summons
  • Gabriel
  • Lucifer 250
  • Triple Zero
  • Flex
Sub-aura-only
  • The Moon
  • Wedges of the Sky 4★
Flex rule
Beelzebub for general damage and dispel; Justice for difficult Full Auto.
Why
Use the highest-level owned Omega summon while progressing and borrow level 250. Wedges of the Sky remains core in M3 because its 4★ sub-aura adds 30% to every Omega skill family.
Double Varuna · general Full Auto

Varuna 250 × Varuna 250

QuickLucifer 250
Callable sub summons
  • Gabriel 4★
  • Lucifer 250
  • Triple Zero 4★
  • Flex
Sub-aura-only
  • The Moon 5★
  • Wamdus 4★
Flex rule
Beelzebub for the account default; Justice for survival; Belial only when the HP loss is safe; Yatima only with an intentional call configuration.
Why
Wamdus 4★ is the Varuna counterpart to Wedge: it adds 40% to Water, Tsunami and Hoarfrost skills. A completed Varuna grid should remove Wedge because Wedge only amplifies Omega skills.

Maria Theresa's current Wonder replaces Justice's HP sub-aura, not The Moon. The Moon remains required until Haaselia's corresponding transcendence becomes available.

During a genuinely mixed transition, Wedge can temporarily help multiple Omega weapons; it is not part of the saved double-Varuna destination.

Dark Opus

Pendulum guide

Researched for Team A. Keep Normal Attack Cap on Ultima unless the note explicitly changes the cap split.

Team ATEAM A · PRIMARY GENERAL FA
Second skill
Beta · Skill DMG Cap
Pendulum / chain
Strength for general FA · Falsehood for short burst
Lv210+
Pendulum of Extremity

Corrected from Alpha. Current Japanese Water grids put Skill Cap on Opus and Normal Cap on Ultima. Keep Strength for this CA-on unattended team; use Falsehood only with an Opus-mainhand short rotation, usually CA off except for the MC setup ougi.

Extended mastery

Frontline LB priorities

Ordered allocations for Team A’s current role, with dead or redundant nodes called out in the notes.

Payila Reviewed
Water ATK ★3 ×2 → Crit ★3 ×3 → Skill DMG Cap ★3

Normal-attack setup. She has permanent guaranteed TA, so do not spend LB on DATA. Raw ATK is only a fallback when you want deterministic damage instead of critical variance.

Grand Gabriel Reviewed
Skill DMG Cap ★3 ×2 → Water ATK ★3 → TA ★3 ×2

15 core stars. For the last 3, use Defense ★3 for casual Full Auto durability. TA helps her reliably generate Pargos and trigger her automatic damage/dispel.

Grand Octavia Reviewed
TA ★3 ×3 → Skill DMG Cap ★3 ×2 → Water ATK ★3

Full 18-star normal/skill setup. TA stabilizes her normal turns outside the 50% TA buff window; both cap nodes strengthen her post-attack and special-triggered skill damage.

Character awakening

Frontline types

Primary choices match Team A and its present grid; conditional survival or cap swaps remain in the note.

PayilaAttack

Previously researched Water baseline. Her guaranteed TA makes DATA unnecessary, while Attack helps her amplified normal turns reach cap.

Grand GabrielMultiattack

Previously researched Water baseline. TA directly improves Pargos generation and recurring post-attack damage/dispel.

Grand OctaviaAttack

Previously researched Water baseline. Use raw Attack for her normal and post-attack damage; her kit and LB already address TA consistency.

Over mastery

Ring + earring targets

Ring ATK and HP are guaranteed, so only the three variable decisions are listed.

Payila
Ring 3
Stamina 5–10
Ring 4
DEF 10–20%
Earring
Supplemental DMG 5–12

JP rates Stamina and Supplemental highest. Her permanent guaranteed TA makes a fourth-slot TA roll unnecessary, so keep a strong DEF pair for unattended play.

Grand Gabriel
Ring 3
Skill DMG Cap 10–15%
Ring 4
TA 5–10%
Earring
Supplemental DMG 5–12

This is the explicit JP ideal pair: skill cap plus TA. TA builds Pargos; Supplemental improves her frequent multi-hit automatic skill.

Grand Octavia
Ring 3
Skill DMG Cap 10–15%
Ring 4
TA 5–10%
Earring
Supplemental DMG 5–12

Skill cap and Supplemental scale her post-attack hits. TA is the practical fourth target until the team supplies enough to make her consistent.

Targets were cross-checked against current Japanese character guides and GBF Wiki roll ranges .
